Nobody can hurt me without my permission.

It is rather intriguing to see all different walks and avenues of life. None of us have this thing called life figured out yet. However, we tend to overcompensate different areas in our lives that we feel we are lacking in, and disregard the rest. A sort of filter, if you will, that manifests itself in our very own mind as a mental ninja. We then transform our worst inner demons in the brain chemistry and divulge into becoming our own worst critic. We find comfort in those to whom have also been where we are at and we pick and choose what we want to deposit into our minds, and what we want to come to terms with. Peace of mind comes to you when all areas in your life are in harmony. Utilize your resources- to whom the people you come into contact with- and ask the big questions in life. We all want answers for things we do not understand in life, yet understanding takes practice. It takes diving head first into unfamiliar waters by exploring new territory, and creating new ideas. Another thing most of us like to refer to as trial and error. The quick fix for something tends to have faulty causations. Things work out the best for those of us that make the best out of everything that comes our way! For every negative, there are always far more positive. You just must look for it. Take the “crap” goggles off when you are feeling down and do something that makes you happy. Treat yourself with kindness or no one else will!

Always look on the bright side of things!

Always look on the bright side. There’s nothing more draining than feeling anxious and worried. Thinking positively has an energizing effect. So instead of concentrating on everyday problems, and hassles, try to look on the bright side. This may take practice at first, but you’ll soon see how much easier life becomes when you do it.

Be positive.

When you’re in a relationship it is easy to forget about all the different things that you used to love doing when you were single. Now’s your chance to rediscover them. Try incorporating new activities and interests into your life as much as you can.

Opportunity… often it comes in the form of misfortune, or temporary defeat.

When life’s problems seem overwhelming, look around and see what other people are coping with. You may consider yourself fortunate.
